Observation, consciousness, awareness, mindfulness, meditation in living...its important that we take time away from our normalcy to create space where we can observe self in the absence of our usual, to understand its impact on our being..


often we seek answers outside, we look for something that will rescue us from our suffering and challenge, yet since we often play an active role in the cause, we are also the ones who will save ourselves.. who will effect the transformation...

Reading your post about life meditation really made me think about how slowing down thoughts can change the way I handle stress and work. Last term when I needed to Write My engineering Assignment I tried breathing pauses like you describe, and that tiny break helped me calm my head and think clearer. Taking time to sit quietly now feels like a simple way to make hard tasks lighter and more steady.
