It’s time for self reflection

Been doing a lot of self reflection and observation lately, being mindful that with all the changes in the world its important to have awareness of how I am responding.

As environment and circumstance shifts so do we, we always adapt in some way, yet not always with awareness…

Many people I have been working with speak of feeling off, not feeling like themselves, that they are experiencing emotions that feel discordant.

We are in a time of flux, much of the world is immersed in a type of fear induced mania.. we are all feeling the impact energetically, spiritually, emotionally and physically to some degree..

Take some time to be with self, observe.. and allow self to feel the feels with grace..

Next start to visualize the ideals we wish to live into and feed the possibilities…

Peace
