Youth can be deceptive because we don't have to do anything to experience it to feel it.. As we grow it requires effort to maintain it .. To be well we must be willing to make the effort ... Our health and wellness is our responsibility.. Though things may not always go as easefully as we would like, it is up to us alone to be positive to have faith that we can heal, be healthy, well.. The body is designed to work, to repair. Yet it requires our active support our focus on the positive our affirmation through thought belief and action.. Let's embrace positive loving thinking and be as well as we can.. Let's be our best, let's do the work.. Sometimes that means being still embracing the now and through thought and feeling (emotion) allowing the body to go through its natural process.
