Yes our thoughts, our beliefs, where we choose to place our attention, our mental attitude.. These things shape our perspective which shapes our reality.. Our inner dialogue and relationship with self affect the body and emotional being.. When we awaken to discomfort where we were once comfortable, We are on the path to healing.. when what was once comfortable and normal becomes painful we are stepping into transforming..
