TEACHING REIKI LEVEL 1

So i have been asked regularly, was called by spirit to do so, and so i will be teaching reiki level I this year.. Level I is self healing, its focussed upon becoming familiar with the chakras and energy points throughout the body, #selflove and #selfcare and sharing with loved ones.. Its is the initiation level that can lead to becoming a healer for others.. As I was taught one must practice with level one for a year before moving on to level II and working on others..
