2hr reiki session (a fraction of the common rate) . This includes an email correspondence and the possibility of co-creation of a personal mantra focussed upon which ever aspect of life you feel needs reinforcement to enable you to live powerfully, well and with a greater freedom.. The reiki session itself lasts 1.5-2 hrs on average.. Its begins with a verbal check in to gain understanding of where the recipient is energetically, then Healing energy is focussed upon the main 7 chakras and between 19-22 energy points on the body 3-9 min each depending on whats needed.. Reiki is known to inspire physical, mental, spiritual and psychological wellness, release of what no longer serves us and an energetic reset.. ***sessions must be booked 2 days day in advance to insure availability***
